This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff was helpful with travel tips during my first stay. I recommend asking for higher floors due to noise. I’m coming back for xmas.

The room was super cozy with a nice view, and I loved how the breakfast spread had something for everyone, especially those pastries! There’s a great chill-out lounge and a cozy little bar for evening relaxation. Just a heads-up, you might hear some footsteps from above, but it’s no biggie. 😊

The location is a dream, right by all the pintxo bars and shops. Room 404 had a cool balcony for checking out the city vibes. Breakfast was a nice bonus, good food! The only hiccup was the tiny bathroom, kinda cramped.

We had an amazing time with friends, exploring the Arriaga Theatre and enjoying the beautiful scenery by the river. The location is unbeatable, and walking around with our dog was a breeze. We loved the helpful staff, and breakfast was delicious. For future guests, keep in mind that while parking is limited, everything you need is just steps away!

One issue was that there wasn't an iron readily available in the room, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for a group trip.

Staying in room Chardonnay 21 was a treat! The room felt like a cozy hotel with a private bath. They had fab amenities like towels and a coffee maker. Perfect location for exploring and loved the common areas.

While the bed itself was comfy, it shifted away from the wall during the night, making it hard to get cozy. The bathroom had limited counter space, which wasn’t ideal for organizing toiletries.

I had a great experience at Petit Palace. The central location made it easy to walk to the old town and visit attractions like the Guggenheim Museum. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, assisting with my business needs efficiently. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring freshly baked pastries, a variety of cheeses, and quality hot options.

Noise levels from adjacent rooms were disruptive!!! Limited storage space in the rooms is frustrating for longer stays!!! It's surprisingly inconvenient that shower towels must be returned to reception for replacement!!!
