Great hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff was helpful with travel tips during my first stay. I recommend asking for higher floors due to noise. I'm coming back for xmas.

Property was top-class and nicely appointed, I loved the stay.
The location was comfortable, for example, San Nicolas Church was at walking distance from the hotel. It was placed close to a subway station. The room met expectations, great value in new aircon units.

Excellent location, in front of the Arriaga Theatre, at the entrance to the old town. decoration of the reception, stairs and breakfast room is beautiful, they have left the stone, brick and wooden beams visible. treatment of the perfect staff, although too automated when providing tourist information. breakfast buffet is quite good and varied, machine coffee acceptable. Sufficient cleaning.
Some traffic noise on the second floor, nothing unbearable. It pays to be in the old town. What we didn't like was the room they gave us, room 204, with four steps! to climb up to the bed, railing that moved dangerously and rest a narrow corridor. Old-fashioned furniture and curtains/glasses from the 70s but no glamour. It's not a room to feel very comfortable in but I don't usually ask for a change, if any. I can't evaluate the quality/price ratio because I booked the day before, it doesn't seem to me to be a price in line with the quality of the establishment. I tend to get carried away by the opinions of previous customers, I have more and more doubts about the criteria of some. prices of the drinks in the fridge that were not very cold: exorbitant.

The room was super cozy with a nice view, and I loved how the breakfast spread had something for everyone, especially those pastries! There's a great chill-out lounge and a cozy little bar for evening relaxation. Just a heads-up, you might hear some footsteps from above, but it's no biggie 😊

location of the hotel to visit the city is very suitable, it is in the heart of Bilbao. As such it is impossible to park nearby and hotel has no parking facilities. There is a public car park nearby that you can park for about 17 euros per day, you should take this into account. Comfortable bed and pillows Proper cleaning
I didn't like the noise of the room, it was an interior room, heat from the light made a pretty annoying noise to sleep and we had to turn it off during the night. Also, there is central service equipment in the inner courtyard, I don't know exactly what it is, it also makes annoying noise at night. bathroom door does not close, it is just a separation and it is not very comfortable. breakfast is quite simple, not much variety, adequate. Some friends stayed in an outside room and there was a lot of noise from the street

The location of the hotel is great. Everything is taken care of in detail. The comfortable beds and pillows, the quadruple room has a good space. The bathroom is spacious. The amenities are very complete and they smell great. They gave the children some little gifts that made them very excited. The employees are very attentive and friendly, explaining in detail any doubt.
The only thing that made the stay not perfect was that we had a problem with the toilet, it was stuck, we reported it at five in the afternoon when we went out and they told us they were going to look at it. When we arrived at 10:30 p.m., tired and with two children of 5 and 9 years old, they told us that they had already looked at it and that it was no longer stuck. The girl offered to come up with us to make sure she saw our incredulous face. In fact it was not fixed, she tried to throw a product, which did nothing. In the end she offered us a triple, because they were full, which didn't suit us because there were four of us. We came to an agreement, we stayed where we were but used the toilet in the other room which was a little further away from ours. We preferred it to moving at that time and sleeping like sardines in a can. When it came time to pay, we also got a discount for the inconvenience. The explanation they gave us was that they didn't have maintenance service in the afternoons, which surprises me in a hotel. What if they don't have any free rooms?

Perfect spot for exploring
The location is a dream, right by all the pintxo bars and shops. Room 404 had a cool balcony for checking out the city vibes. Breakfast was a nice bonus, good food! The only hiccup was the tiny bathroom, kinda cramped.

Ideally situated for sightseeing the city and convenient to both tram and metro. We felt safe and hotel spotlessly clean. Will recommend to anyone visiting Bilbao. Excellent pinchos bars nearby.
We were delighted with our choice of accommodation and found everything to our satisfaction.

The location is unbeatable, and walking around with our dog was easy. We loved the helpful staff, and breakfast was delicious. For future guests, keep in mind that while parking is limited, everything you need is just steps away!
One issue was that there wasn't an iron readily available in the room, a bit inconvenient, especially for a group trip.

Hotel is very well located at the edge of the Casco Viejo where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful.
They say that there is a 24 hour snack bar but there is no food or drink there!
